I had never been to an airshow prior to this event. I would have guessed that an airshow was similar to watching fireworks, sitting around oooing and aahhing at the spectacular spectacular in the sky. Truthfully I was not that excited to attend; however contrary to my negative prejudgment of the show it turned out to be an incredible event!
You enter the event through a showroom, similar to a New York City Javits show center event, with many booths and vendors.
Then go through to the back doors to an outdoor area, where all types of planes and military machines are on display. Many of the airlines allowed visitors (potential buyers/potential future clients) to take tours through their planes. Experience first class, and maybe take a look at a private jet. Naive Julie, I thought this event was just for visitors to come and see planes. But this was an event for the elite to buy planes and drones and such!! It was incredible. People were asking us for business cards, asking us what type of plane we came to the show to see and buy? I was like ummm hold on you think we are buying? How much are these planes??? lol millions of dollars! Apparently we were the odd balls out again. I came for the free airline chocolates while others came to buy their own personal jets 🙂
Helicopters:
Trying this one out for size 🙂
I asked him to open the doors of the truck.. He didn’t really want to but I was just itching to see what they had in there.
