Since I have moved to Dubai, Expo 2020 has been promoted in every way possible. Millions of dollars went into advertising for this Expo to be promoted all over Dubai, encouraging everyone to vote for Dubai for Expo 2020. The world expo happens once every five years.
2010 in Shanghai, 2015 in Milan, and now 2020 in Dubai !!!
As a result of the winning, Huge celebrations went on last night and schools were even cancelled today. As you can imagine it is a pretty big deal. The Burj Khalifa lit up with fireworks last night to confirm the win and commence the celebration!
