We stayed in the old city right next to the Blue Mosque. Every morning we were woken up by the prayers…. But hey we were used to it already from living in Dubai!

Food, Food, Food, and drink!
There were many street markets in and around Taksim. I was lucky enough to find a fruit stand. I purchased some mulberries and they were absolutely delicious!!!!
But be careful they stain your hands 🙂
My other foodie encountered was at these omnipresent stands.
They sold corn and my personal favourite ROASTED CHESTNUTS!!!! Yum!
Always finding some form of American love around the world!
We left Istanbul and flew into Kayseri. Our first stop was Eriyces, a volcano that is also a ski resort, however it was too late in the season for skiing. So we rented a car and headed out to explore the natural beauty of Cappadocia!
